For the nearly five years they had been married, Cory had never stayed in their house long. He would come back once a month and ruthlessly pull Susanna into bed as if it was nothing more than routine and what was his to take! She had spent their entire marriage trying to please him and doing her best to be a good wife. And yet, he would still rather enjoy the company of photos and posters of another woman pasted all over the room. Eventually, her hopes were shattered and her stupidity stopped getting the best of her and she signed the divorce agreement. It was only once she had left that he realized he'd lost a piece of his heart when he lost her.
The villa itself was empty, but the big bedroom was occupied by a strange scene.
Susanna Su was lying on the bed in a crumpled heap. The pain of tearing had made her clench the sheets tightly with her hands, and her teeth had already bitten through her lips countless times, drawing out blood. The man's invasions on her body was like a storm, while she felt like she was just a lost boat at sea. She had lost control and could only drift with the tide.
Another storm came, and this time, it hit her head hard on the bedside.
Tears welled up in her eyes as the pain and grievance took over her system.
Cory Song's aura suddenly became even more insidious. Grabbing her throat with one hand, he forced her to get up and looked at her coldly. "You first asked someone to bully Felice, and then finally forced her to leave with the money. Even after she promised you to leave, you shamelessly climbed into my bed and let her see it. You were desperate and evil! You did all that just to force me to have sex with you, didn't you? Now that you have succeeded, why are you crying?"
Susanna Su felt like a knife was stabbed into her heart. The pain and sorrow were overwhelming and she could hardly breathe.
When Cory Song had proposed to her, she was already aware of the fact that he married her just for revenge, not for love. He hated her for forcing Felice Ling away. At the same time, she had naively believed that if she stayed by his side for long enough, the misunderstanding between them would be solved and he would see her as a good person some day!
Tears kept falling down her cheeks. "No. I didn't...... No..."
However, her words just echoed through his ears, and then turned into sobs.
They had been married for nearly five years now, and their son was almost four years old. However, the man never stayed in this house. He only came back once a month, and ruthlessly pulled her into bed, as if it was nothing more than a routine!
Finally, the invasion ended.
Cory Song was already putting on his clothes. He had a well-tailored handmade suit, which seemed incomparably expensive, especially on his physique. The carved profile of his face was facing Susanna Su, who herself was still curled up on the bed.
After buttoning up his shirt, he turned around and threw an invitation card in front of her. "You can go to the company party tonight."
Susanna Su took the invitation card and opened it suspiciously. Looking at the few words that were printed on it, she felt like a bolt from the blue had struck her head. Her body became weak once more and she knelt down on the bed.
She wanted to ask Cory Song something, but he had already left after throwing her the invitation card. She tightly grabbed it in her hand, with bean-sized tears rolling down her cheeks. She bit her lips and then raised her hand to dry it subconsciously.
Then she opened the exquisite invitation card once more. "Celebration dinner for the Song Group's centennial celebration, and its successful acquisition of the Su Group." The big golden words at the top of the card seemed to be mocking her, and the invitation card was suddenly squeezed into a little ball.
Forgetting about even her dress, she opened the bedroom door with bare feet and chased Cory Song out. She chased him all the way to the yard, only to see the exhaust gas of his car.
At that moment, Susanna Su felt that her whole body had gone completely soft and limp. If Bader hadn't arrived to help her in time, she might have fallen down.
It was her fault. She had been in love with Cory Song for so many years now. And she had never even considered the possibility that even after she married the man and brought half of the Su Family's property with her, he would still be indifferent towards her. She had even given birth to a son after that, and the poor boy had developed autism because of his indifference.
What she had never even imagined was that Cory Song would be so cruel that he wouldn't even let her family go! At that moment, she suddenly felt like she didn't even know what she had been insistent on for the past several years.
She calmed herself down and hurriedly dialed the Su mansion's number, but no one answered. She kept calling her foster parents again and again, but the phone just kept ringing.
A bad feeling rose in her heart. She hurriedly asked Bader to pick up her son Jarred Song, and then went straight to the Su mansion.
However, the giant Su mansion was dark and not a trace of life could be seen there. They all must have left or didn't want to be disturbed.
Susanna Su's heart sank inch by inch.
"Madam, where are we going now?" The driver's question brought her back to reality.
"BJ Hotel!" Susanna Su had thought about the name and the place countless times, but she had never even dared to think about going there. This night, she had to go there!
The BJ Hotel was the most luxurious seven star hotel in the entire city.
Once inside, Susanna Su came to a halt outside a presidential suite, and then took a deep breath.
They had been married for five years, and most of the time, Cory Song had lived in this suite. She had been holding out all the time, hoping against hope that one day he would find finally see her good intentions.
However, all her hopes and stupidity had been finally shattered today!
The door of the suite was not closed. She pushed it open and walked in directly. At the sight of her, Cory Song, who was dealing with some documents on the sofa with a laptop in his arms, frowned and barked, "Who gave you the right to come in here without asking?"
Looking up at the countless pictures and posters of Felice Ling hanging in the room, Susanna Su felt a sharp pang of pain in her heart.
The man really loved Felice Ling!
Over the entire course of their marriage, she had spent all her time trying to please him and tried her best to be a good wife. However, he would rather accompany the photos and posters of Felice Ling all over the room than spend any time with her.
Susanna Su felt like her heart had fallen into an ice cellar. More than that, a feeling of despair and humiliation spread all over her body. She tightly grabbed the invitation card in her hand and looked at the man coldly.
Noticing her action, Cory's gaze wandered towards her hand subconsciously. The invitation card carefully made by the design department had been crumpled into a ball.
His thin lips curved into a cold arc. "What? Miss Susanna can't wait to celebrate my successful acquisition of the Su Group with me?"
Hearing that, the string of tension that was pulling on Susanna's nerves was completely broken down. Somehow, she found the courage to rush over and slap Cory on the face. "Cory, you are a monster!"
He grabbed her hand and pressed her against the wall. The smile at the corners of his mouth became colder. "You think I'm a monster? Compared to what you did to Felice just to get to marry me, I'm nothing!"
"Why do you have to do this to me, Cory? What good did it do? I told you that I didn't force Felice to leave. I never did any of that. I didn't ask anyone to bully Felice. I don't even know why I was in your bed! Why can't you just believe me?"
Susanna's heart was filled with despair. She had wanted to know why Cory had destroyed the Su Group, but now she didn't need to ask. She knew the answer. Everything he had ever done had been because he hated her.
Raising her head to look at Cory, Susanna asked, "What on earth do you want me to do? Tell me and I'll do it. Just let go of my family!"
A cruel smile appeared on the corner of his mouth. "If you want me to let go of the Su Family, there is only one way to ensure that. You'll have to die!"
When she heard those words, Susanna couldn't help but tremble. Two lines of tears rolled down her cheeks once again, and she bit her lips hard. If she really could save the Su Family by dying, she was willing to do that!
However, she didn't want to part with her child. He was so young and sick. What would Jarred Song do if he lost her?
The mockery in Cory's eyes widened. "You are such a cold-blooded person. Why are you pretending to be so self-righteous?"
In a panic, Susanna tried to hold back her tears, quickly found a fruit knife on the tea table, and rushed over without hesitation. She picked up the knife and pointed it at her snow-white neck. After swallowing, she told him in a choking voice, "Fine, I'll die. Let the Su Family go!"

"Never," he whispered, his grip tightening as he pulled me closer. "Soon enough, you'll be begging for me. and when you do-I'll use you as I see fit and then I'll reject you."
