My Missing Daughter
For the sake of fifty bucks in overtime pay, I didn't pick up my daughter from school. She disappeared for three days and nights, ultimately leaving behind a body frozen on the ice. My husband blamed me and divorced me, and I lived in guilt until the end. When I opened my eyes, I found myself back on the day my daughter went missing. I went to the school to look for her, but the homeroom teacher said she hadn't come to school at all that day. Yet in my previous life, she had clearly gone to school as usual.
