Calix Reinherson, a young good looking man, sexy and hot, just found himself arguing with three young ladies of Mr. Hervin Stevens day by day. It's out of his nature to talk with girls but he had to in exchange of scholarship. He was tasked to make those girls change and to help them out of the liberated environment they were living of. It's quite easy for him to do the task but when it comes to Olivia, the spoiled-brat among the three young ladies, he almost bang himself in annoyance. He almost surrender, but a thought comes out his mind, he would gladly attract Olivia with the use of his hunk body. And he never fails. He did attract Olivia and even got her on bed. Just like a fairytaile, they fell in love. They played with the fire, and got burned after. Unwanted truth. Broken promises. Broken trust. Would they still continue? Or would they just let destiny separate their ways as infinity?
"As soon as he arrived, don't forget to greet him" my dad said. I rolled my eyes after hearing my father's words. Greet him? Really? Who the hell is he? Who is he to deserve my words? Do I know him? Do he deserve a value in my life either?
I sighed so heavy as I crossed my arms over my chest.
Here we go again. I don't want to fight with my dad, even if he replaced my mom by another woman after her death, I don't used to hate him that bad because he was still my father. If I don't have him, I can do nothing, as my mom already passed away.
We are three siblings in our family, I am the oldest and I have two baby sisters. They are not that baby... I just call them baby because they were younger enough. Actually, they are teenagers already, we're not close, we always fight. And that's the reason why my father, my greatest father adopted a man to discipline us. Like seriously? Why he, himself, can't just discipline me? Why can't he discipline us without having that man?
I don't know.
We don't see each other yet, but, even without seeing him, I could feel my heart pumps heavy because of madness rose inside me. Why? Why do I hate him?
Ever since my mother had been stabbed outside by a random guy, that was the exact time I started hating men all in my life. I don't want seeing man. Having a crush nor boyfriends isn't my thing. I hate seeing guys! I hate get along with them.
It seems like, for me, when I am seeing guys, it always reminds me the death of my mother. It feels like, they will just hurt me at the end like what my father did to my mother. Looking back to the scenes years ago.... It's just 3 days since my mom sleep endlessly, but, my father already brought another woman inside our house to live with us. I don't know, for me, it was just so disrespectful.
My mom just got die, he should join us in mourning, he should comfort us and should not be comforting himself only by a woman, by the hug of other woman.
I think... that's my reason why I hate guys. Especially, him. The man that my father told will discipline us. God!
Before, I only hate my father, but now, it's double... because they are two to guys who gonna be living in our house, who I can be with under a one roof. So the madness that runs within my nerves triples. I pity myself. I pity myself for living with them, for living with the people I hate.
If I only have my own money and my own job, I would greatly leave this terrible house. This is so suffocating for me. I don't want to follow rules and would gladly break it even at once. But look, I am still a dependent person. I can't live without my father, I could not leave without his assistance.
"Ehe, Do I look good?" I woke up in my day dream after hearing my sister's words. I rolled my eyes again because oh her actions. They are so desperate for that man, the antipodal of myself. Why are they like him? That man?
I like boys before. I'm also one of the girl who used to be a fan girl of famous guys in a school. But just like what I said before.... when my mother died because of an unidentified man, that was when I cursed all guy in this world. Even my father... for replacing my mother with another woman. I hate him. I do hate him.
"Oh, gosh!" My brows crossed the moment I heard a loud shout, it was came from the stairs so I look at it and saw my older sister going crazy while stepping down the stairs. She was so agitated and nervous... as if the !an we are waiting for is a big boss for us not to be late in our meeting time.
Goodness!
"Oh, he's here" my father smiled when our doorbell rings.
"The asshole." I whispered to myself as I roll my eyes. Their eyes immediately travel on me, as if I say something they don't want. I widened my eyes on them. "What? Why?" I asked careless.
My dad sigh. "Your mouth"
I pursed my lips, I touches it using my fingers. "Why? My mouth is still here. Why should worry?" I almost laugh.
"This is not a joke. I'm not joking."
"I'm not joking too. Do you think it's a joke?"
"Olivia!" My dad's voice thundered.
My face turned serious. "Why? You're mad at me instead of that guy? Uhuh? May I ask you, dad? Do you even know that man? Why are you offering him a scholarship? Why are you offering him to leave in this house?" I asked him. He did not uttered any word. "Why?" I laughed sarcastically. "Maybe he's one of your mistress son." I gritted my teeth in annoyance.
"How dare you!" His voice thundered again and is about to slapped me but my older sister held his arm. I was breathing so so heavy and so he is. My father were glaring at me like I am not his daughter. Like... I did not came from him.
"You are so good with others but you're not with your own daughter. Blood is thicker than water, huh? I guess, you have ruined that quote." I shake my head slowly.
"Good morning, sir."
I glared at the door after it gets open and a man came from it. That greetings was from him I guess.
I did not smile at him even he already was. From my place, I could even hear my sister's silent screams in the feeling of romantic attraction towards that guy. My chest was still pounding heavy because of a small fight happened together with my dad.
In my peripheral vision, I saw dad was smiling at him. He then walk towards the guy to have this 'hand-shake' manner. "I'm glad you arrived safely" my dad tapped his back.
"Oh, how I wished he don't arrive safely." I looked everywhere and whistles.
"Olivia." I could hear the warn in my dad's voice.
"Yeah, I'm Olivia. Hi! Why are you here?" I asked the guy while raising my right brow.
"Hi, I'm Calix. I'm here coz-"
"You need money, yeah you need it." I cut him off.
"Olivia!" My dad.
"It's okay, sir. I understand." Calix said. Of course he will understand. He should understand it! Whether he likes it or not, he should always understands me because what he needs are from us. From the wealth of our family.
"Now, you already seen how my daughter act."
"I got you, Sir"
That caught my attention. "Really? Will you?" I raised my brow fearlessly. He nods. "As if... Let's see." I said then went upstairs.
