Meeting him, made it damn hard to hide the insatiable desire deep inside her. What happens when the both has to let go of their past and allow their hearts lead them? Find out.......
Kimberly picked the things she would be needing and put them in her bag, not forgetting her CV. She looked around the room to see if she needed anything else. Seeing there was none, she went out of the room and locked it.
Climbing down the stairs, she heard her parents arguing and yelling at each other as usual.
"You're nothing but a fucking bitch."
"And you're a manwhore."
Kimberly shut them off like it was nothing. Of course it was nothing because this is what they do each day. It was like their daily dosage. Each time they were around, it was either they were yelling, cussing or arguing with each other. Sometimes, she wondered why they got married to each other and how she came about.
She went to the kitchen without any of them seeing or even noticing her. She checked to see if there was anything for breakfast even though she knows there was nothing. She went to the fridge and took out cereal. She made the cereal and ate. When she was done, she washed the bowl and spoon and put it back to where they were. She went out of the kitchen and didn't see any of her parents in the sitting room. They might have stomped off on each other as usual or even left the house again to their numerous lover's place. Wasn't that pathetic?
Not bothering to know if they were inside, She left the house and boarded a taxi.

"Good morning Miss. Welcome to Senwell hotel." The lady at the reception said with a small smile.
"Good morning. Umm, I'm here for the interview." Kimberly replied.
"Okay. What's your name and what did you apply for?"
"I'm Kimberly Clark and I applied for the job of a waitress in the hotel's restaurant." Kimberly replied and the lady typed into the computer system in front of her.
"Alright. You can sit over there and wait for your turn." She finally said after a few seconds and pointed at a place in the reception where other job applicants were sitting. Kimberly went to sit there and waited for her turn.
As she sat there, she was wishing to get the job. It was not as if she was from a poor home or she was lacking anything in her parents home but she still needed this to stand on her own, without depending on anybody and to avoid being home every time. Besides, she heard jobs like this always has to do with night shifts, so it would help a lot. She was tired of waking up every morning to her parents yell and argument.
"Hello!" She heard from her side and saw it was a lady in blonde.
"Hi!"
"I'm Kira and you?"
"Kimberly." Kimberly replied and patiently waited to be called.
"Wow, K and K. That's beautiful." Kira said in a smile.
"So, what do you plan to do with your first salary if maybe you get the job?" She said again and Kimberly looked at her in a weird way.
"Hahaha, don't mind me. That's just the way I am. But, here is so boring." Kira whined, making Kimberly chuckle. Oh, now she get. She just wanted to have a chat with someone to ease her boredom.
"I don't have yet but I will think of one when I get the job." Kimberly finally replied to the previous question.
"Really? Wow, you're lucky then."
"What about you?"Kimberly said in a smile.
"Well unlike you, I have tons of bills to pay which includes my brother's fees, our house rent and so many others that I can't even mention." Kira listed demonstrating with her hands.
"Miss Kimberly Clark, it's your turn." A man approached them immediately and said, not giving room for Kimberly to reply Kira.
"It's your turn already." Kira said and Kimberly stood up with her bag and CV.
"By the way, I must say, you're really confident about getting the job and I love it. Anyways, I wish you good luck." Kira said again in a smile and Kimberly smiled back.
She followed the man to the manager's office.
"You can go in now." The man said when they got there, turned and left. Kimberly took a deep breath and knocked.
"Come in." She heard from the inside. It was a man's voice. She took in another deep breath and entered.
"Good morning sir." Kimberly greeted.
"Morning. Have your sit." The manager said and looked up at her, resting on his chair in the process.
"Here is my CV sir." She said when the man didn't make an attempt to proceed the interview. He collected it and dropped it on his table without checking it then he stood up. He came to the other side where Kimberly was and placed a hand on the table.
"I must comment, you are really beautiful,,,, and smart too." He said in a lopsided smile.
"Thank you sir." Kimberly replied uncomfortably. He made to touch her face and Kimberly stood up immediately. She shifted back from him.
"What is happening sir? Is there anything on my face?"
"Nothing. I just love you, that's all."
"I don't understand you."
"Oh, don't act naive. I love you already and I want us to mingle." The manager said and that disgusted Kimberly. How could he think she would want to have anything to do with a pot bellied, old looking animal like him?
"Don't worry, I'll take care good care of you, if that's what you're thinking of. I will even double your salary. Just say yes and the job is yours." He said again in a smile that made Kimberly want to puke. He came closer to her and tried touching her but was stopped by a brain resetting slap.
"How dare you? Do you really think I'm that cheap to have anything to do with someone who is older than my dad? You know what, fuck off with the job, I don't need it!" Kimberly said angrily. She went to the table, picked up her CV and tried leaving but was dragged back by the old man.
"And where do you think you're going?" He said and pushed her to the wall. Kimberly tried getting free from his hold but he was too strong for someone of his caliber. He tried kissing her and Kimberly spitted on his face. Kimberly seeing she needed to do something very quick, decided to do the last thing on her mind. She kicked his groin so hard with her boot, making him scream and he left her immediately. She quickly picked her CV that had fallen on the floor, opened the door and scurried off.
She didn't bother to check up on her new friend. She left the hotel in a haste and tried crossing to the other side.
"Ahhhh!"
