If Death can be an option for me it would be a lot better but it was fate, love is death and death is fate. If I want to escape, It gags me making me unable to breathe I don't have a choice but it is not bad as it sounds cause I have him by my side. Can I protect him? at least in this life? . . . Althea, a girl always gets dreams. dreams of two people dying just after they develop feelings for each other. Death is a nightmare and whenever she wakes up from it, she feels suffocating as if like she is the one who faces death. It didn't take long to actually realize that it IS her own death.
A boy around 18 years just starting his youth,175 cm in height, with deep blue eyes that are shining like glass in the sunlight. Messy hair which he is adjusting again and again trying to make it look nice, but it's still cheating him to stand up like a horn on his head. He finally gave up, while still his eyes are glued to a girl standing a few meters far away.
She sat down, leaning against a tree, and closed her eyes. There is a basket of flowers beside her. The air is so warm and the smell of the autumn flowers filled the air with a sweet scent that she is enjoying it. He picked a flower from the bushes beside him and walked toward her with his shaky hands along with his trembling voice"Miss" he called
She opened her eyes and saw him while the shadow from the sunlight covered him.
-------
"Please run away from here, they are monsters they will kill you" the boy with his hands full of blood and teary eyes resting in her lap pleaded.
"No...no" she cried hugging him
"Kill her too" he heard the voices from behind
"Please Ru--" before he could finish his sentence an arrow hit her back, and she gasped
she looked down at him as another one hit her from behind
she smiled as a tear fell down his face
"Adya" he shouted and coughed blood as she fell down
"Woah, he is still alive" a man spoke
"Kill him," another man said
"yes sir"
-----------
*gasp*
(The alarm is going off loudly)
Ah, shit. It's the same dream again. How many times does this make?
(she off the alarm and got down from the bed and set it neatly and walked to her wall. There are a lot of papers on her wall with a story on each and every paper)
Here it is. Cena and Adya's love story and death.
"Althea, breakfast is ready"
"Coming"
(she opened her wardrobe and picked a dress and went to the washroom)
I am Althea. 25 years old, working as a kindergarten teacher. My work is pretty simple if I take away the process of managing a group of children every single day. I tell stories to children.
If we keep that aside, the dreams are the ones that are actually bothering me more than the children.
When I was 18, On my birthday night. I got a dream. Two people met in weird circumstances. As days passed they slowly developed friendships and as more time passed they fell in love with each other. They both acknowledged it and just a few days later, they both died. Very tragically. It was a nightmare. I woke up immediately, but it was weird because I could remember every bit of the dream so clearly.
As soon as I started forgetting it, I again got the same kind of dream. I was confused and afraid but later on, the dreams got constant. Every full moon night, I get a dream, might be different places, different people, and different circumstances and timelines, but the ending was the same. Love and death. A cruel death like warning them 'Never fall in love again' but then why?
If it is just a dream, what does it have to do with me? Why do I have to see their deaths all the time? I can't just ignore it, I feel like my dreams are trying to tell me something.
So I started writing down every dream every time I get a nightmare. And that's how I found some clues, stories, and names of those people. They are resting in my head and also on my wall.
(She came out of the washroom wearing a red skirt with a white shirt with a slight shade of red on the sleeves. She walked to the mirror and combed her hair. She finally took her bag and left the room)
(A person in his mid-40s was setting the dining table)
"You are late"
"That's why I am going to run, bye dad"
"Breakfast?"
"Will buy something in break time"
(she walked out of the house)
My father, even though not by blood. He is everything to me. Being an orphan, I saw how much a child struggles if she can't get love from a person. I can't even imagine if my father didn't pick me up in the cemetery, where would I be now? Would I be even alive?
I can't thank him enough for that, but I couldn't say these words ever to him because he doesn't know that I know the truth.
My father married so early when he is 18, to his love, but she died when he is 22 from cancer. He was heartbroken after her burial in the cemetery. On that rainy day, he found me in a coffin
Might be one of my parents or not. I don't know but, he took me in as a baby. I would've never known this truth and I didn't want to know too, but my aunt has this big mouth who can't keep it inside and slipped it when I turned 14.
She thought I was leeching off my father and told me the truth and tried to make me go away from him. I would've slapped her if she isn't my father's only sister.
He might've struggled. He might've struggled to not let me know that all his life, and she dared to say it out so simply.
He doesn't have anyone, and she thinks I should leave him alone too. How selfish. I might be selfish too. I needed love. I might be a twisted person too but the love that should be directed to me, I would never ever share it with others and won't let them stop it either.
(She reached the bus stop meanwhile and saw a familiar face)
"Good morning Mr. Arjun"
(she waved at him)
Arjun Wilder, having glass-looking Blue cat eyes with his black wavy hair and his damn glasses that look too good only on him is one of the teaching staff working along with me in the same kindergarten school. He was known for his handsome face and OCD nature. More like a perfectionist too. I would say a geek but he IS handsome.
But why does he look like that today?
"Good morning Ms. Althea,"
(he was yawning)
Woah, just look at his eyes. He looks like he rubbed a black sketch down his eyes. What are those? Dark circles?
But why is he here? In my area's bus stop?

Zora stood at the top of the stairs and yelled with a cold expression, "Good news, Ezrah! Our baby died in a car accident. There is nothing between us anymore, so let's get a divorce." The man who claimed not to have any feelings for Zora, being cold and distant towards her, and having asked her for a divorce twice, instantly panicked.
