"Tessy! You're gonna be late!" Kristina half yelled at Tessy as she took a seat opposite her for breakfast.
"I know. I just have to go through this one last time so I don't flop the interview" Tessy replied, sighing as she stared intently at her laptop.
"Well, there'll be nothing to flop, if you don't leave now." Kristina muttered.
She sat for another full minute going through the Q&A on her laptop before she jerked up suddenly startling Kristina.
"Byeee!" Tessy yelled to kristina, her best friend as she snatched the bacon from her plate of breakfast.
Kristina shook her head, smiling. "Finally!"
She was panting and sweating profusely as she got into the bus.
"Fuck!" She cursed silently, as she glanced at her watch.
She was really gonna be late.
Just before walking into the enormous building that read; Cooper company & co. She made the sign of the cross. She didn't believe in God but she hoped if there was one, he would pull through for her.
"Hi, please I'm here for the job interview I applied for." Tessy was saying to the Receptionist who completely ignored her, filing her nails.
Tessy knocked on the desk, slightly irritated.
The receptionist sat up, suspending the nail filing as a well dressed, young girl with blonde straight hair walked over to the desk.
"Hi." Tessy greeted, smiling at the girl who completely ignored her and spoke to the receptionist.
Tessy's smile vanished as she wondered why everyone was so rude.
"What does she want?" The girl asked the Receptionist after a while, twitching her mouth in a way that drew so much attention to her in blood red, full lips.
The receptionist looked at Tessy.
"Oh? Me? I said I was here for the interview, the internship position I applied for." Tessy stammered.
"Oh, sorry honey, the interview ended few minutes ago." The receptionist replied coldly.
"What? Please I really need this job! Please!" Tessy pleaded on the verge of tearing up.
"Oh! When they get emotional, so disgusting!" The blonde girl muttered.
The receptionist giggled.
"What's all this noise, Linda?" An even better dressed woman stepped out of an office and addressed the receptionist.
She seemed on her way out.
"Oh, sorry ma, I was just informing this young lady that the job interview was over."
The woman walked up to the desk and looked Tessy over.
"What is your name?" She asked.
"Tessy. Tessy Benson."
"And I'm really sorry for showing up late but I really need this Job." She added.
"Let me have your file."
Tessy handed her the files. "Thank you so much."
The woman nodded as she walked back into her office.
Tessy heaved a huge sigh of relief.
"Some of us worked our way in, others have to beg, but of course, no judgement." The blonde girl whispered to the receptionist and they both burst into laughter.
Their voices became distorted as Tessy got lost in her head where she grabbed a cup of steaming coffee on the Receptionist's desk and hurled the content at the blonde girl.
An echoing scream brought Tessy back to reality.
She stared at the empty coffee cup in her hand and looked up to a horrified blonde girl whose face and hair was dripping with hot coffee and an equally shocked receptionist.
Tessy gasped and threw the cup as she made a run for her life.
The blonde girl shrieked as she and the receptionist proceeded to give Tessy a chase.
Tessy burst out laughing as she ran into the elevator and it closed before they could meet up.
She apologized to the man in the elevator as she kept laughing throughout the ride.
The elevator dinged and the doors opened to a frustrated looking blondie and a smirking receptionist.
"Gotcha bitch!" The receptionist whispered.
Before anyone could blink, Tessy grabbed Andre's shirt pulling him closer and into view and kissing him, faking sounds.
All the while, her heart racing.
"I actually hate to break this, but what are you doing?" Andre said as he pulled his face away.
"Just kiss me!" Tessy breathed as she raised her feet slamming her face into his again.
Andre smiled into the kiss as he gently pulled away again.
"No one's here." He whispered.
Tessy looked up, blondie and receptionist were gone.
Thing was, they had disappeared the moment Andre came into view but Tessy didn't know.
"Oh!" Tessy sighed leaning on her knees to catch her breath.
"We should probably leave the elevator." Andre suggested.
Tessy went red with embarrassment the moment she heard his voice as if it just dawned on her what happened.
She stepped out and stood up straight facing him.
"Andre." He said stretching out his hands.
Tessy went redder with embarrassment as she ran off without a word, leaving Andre smiling and entertained.
"God! I'm so stupid!" Tessy moaned incessantly to Kristina who chose to laugh at her friend's misery, rolling on the floor.
Tessy slammed her head on her dressing table in self disappointed and embarrassment.
"Wait, why exactly did you pour the coffee on the blondie?" Kristina asked between laughs.
Tessy shook her head. "I swear to you Kris, I did that shit in my head. I don't know what happened"
"You might still get the job, she wasn't the one who collected your file yeah?"
"I really hope so. I haven't even gotten the job and I'm already making a name for myself." Tessy groaned.
"Well, sweetie as much as I'd like to remain here and laugh my soul out, I have to head to the bar. It's almost 10pm and my shift starts soon." Kristina said, rising from the floor.
Tessy sighed.
"Try not to dream about Mr Andre or you might sleepwalk to his office. Who knows?" Kristina teased.
"Fuck off Kris!"
Kristina left, laughing.
Tessy's phone chimed as a message from Cooper company & co. came in her email. Her heart skipped a beat.
She opened it.

But she had read online that the CEO was Jordan Cooper. So who was Andre?
Did she really kiss her boss? Tessy groaned as she slapped her face.
Christine has the perfect picture of her future, at least that's what she thinks. But she is placed in an intense state of dilemma when she is mistakenly inseminated with her boss's sperm shortly after being proposed to by her fiancee. What will she do?
"Is it considered betrayal to develop feelings for your best friend's boyfriend? What about when fate intervenes, and he turns out to be your destined mate? You might think it's luck and thank the moon goddess for such a twist of fate. That's what I believed until the love of my life uttered those dreaded words: 'I want a divorce!' As I stared at the pregnancy test in my hands, I realized it was better to keep my secret to myself. My name is Violet, and this is my story."

Lindsey's fiancé was the devil's first son. Not only did he lie to her but he also slept with her stepmother, conspired to take away her family fortune, and then set her up to have sex with a total stranger. To get her lick back, Lindsey decided to find a man to disrupt her engagement party and humiliate the cheating bastard. Never did she imagine that she would bump into a strikingly handsome stranger who was all that she was currently looking for. At the engagement party, he boldly declared that she was his woman. When his first love returned, he stopped coming home, leaving Rena all alone for many nights. She put up with it until she received a check and farewell note one day. Contrary to how Waylen expected her to react, Rena had a smile on her face as she bid him farewell. "It was fun while it lasted, Waylen. May our paths never cross. Have a nice life." But as fate would have it, their paths crossed again. This time, Rena had another man by her side. Waylen's eyes burned with jealousy. He spat, "How the hell did you move on? I thought you loved only me!" "Keyword, loved!" Rena flipped her hair back and retorted, "There are plenty of fish in the sea, Waylen. Besides, you were the one who asked for a breakup. Now, if you want to date me, you have to wait in line." The next day, Rena received a credit alert of billions and a diamond ring. Waylen appeared again, got down on one knee, and uttered, "May I cut in line, Rena? I still want you."
