In a world of gifted werewolves and deadly Lycans, Nina, born into the Crescent Pack, inherits the responsibility of leading her pack after her father's injury by the vengeful Lycans who target their pack due to their deathly bite that can kill a Lycan. Desperate to save her pack from extinction, she seeks help from Christopher, the Alpha of the Red Moon Pack, who she learns is her mate. However, their union turns treacherous, when on their wedding day Christopher mates with her best friend and orders the destruction of her pack before killing her as well. Reborn as a wolf within Lycan territory, she forms an unlikely alliance with Rider, the Alpha of the Lycans, to stop Christopher's genocidal plans to end the Lycan population. Together, they must defeat their common foe and establish a new era of harmony between werewolves and Lycans.
The wolf will howl
As the moon shines bright
And the Lycan slumbers
Blood will flow from the Lycan homes
None to blame but the crescent
That looms over the wolves.
Or so the prophecy goes.
....
Sometimes our greatest weaknesses were the very things that we could use and alter for them to become our greatest strengths. There were those who would have blamed Nina for what Had happened that day to her black. How she had been the one who had caused their destruction. But It truly wasn't her fault. She was desperate and at the time it appeared to be the only way out for Her and for them as well.
As the alpha's daughter, with her father weakened and her pal dying, she was the only one they looked at and so she made a deal. One that would cost Her everything but for her at the time it didn't feel like a nightmare instead it felt as though she had finally gotten her one chance at happily ever after.
....
Nina felt a warm front press against Her back and she groaned as she snuggled her body further into the warm body. A small smile made its way onto her face at the feeling of how warm it Was and she found herself not wanting the moment to end.
"Come on baby girl I know that you're awake." he said to her in a gruff voice. She turned around to look at home with a smile as his hazel eyes stared back at her.
"You can't sleep in. I know you may have forgotten but today is our mating ceremony and today is the day that I make you mine in front of our two packs." He said to her and she blushed as he leaned in and placed a kiss on her lips.
"How did I get so lucky to end up with you." She said to him Honestly and she watched for a moment as a look flashed through his eyes.
"Well I am the lucky one. I thought That all hope was lost when my mate died and then the moon goddess sent you straight towards my borders and when I looked at you, you were the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. My very own second chance." He said to her in a murmur and she couldn't help but feel her heart flutter at his words.
"But you didn't have to help me. You weren't the guest pack I went to. They all Turned us down. They called us strange and said that we were freaks and that you opened your borders to us." She said to him.
"Well I don't fear anything and if it comes to you, I will be willing to protect you from any harm that comes in an attempt to tear you down." He said to her firmly and she truly did believe that. He was the strongest person she knew.
"Even the lycanthropes. You will stop me from being killed by them? You know what they do to my people." She said to him and she watched as he gulped and nodded his head at her.
"Yes. That is the reason that we are taking your people in isn't it so that I can provide you with the protection you need. Now enough of that. We have to start getting ready. You know how Rita gets." He said to her and she chuckled as she realized he was referring to her best friend.
She was a member of Christopher's pack and they had met each other on the day that she had come trying to get help. And they had become good friends. She was the Beta's daughter and she felt as though she was the sister she never had.
"Okay then. Well I should go and do some finishing up and I know you will want to see your father before then." He said to her and she nodded her head at him in response before standing up to her feet.
She hurried her morning routine before making her way out of the room. Her pack isn't big but they were considered valuable. They were a small group that had been blessed with healing abilities and those abilities had also allowed them to have the ability to fight off the Lycans.
They were a superior race to werewolves and when the moon was full, they targeted anything and anyone that crossed into their lands and her Pack just happened to be the only ones with the inert ability to defeat a Lycan.
That put a target on their back as they were hunted down by the Lycans but were also pushed away by the wolves that was until Christopher. She made her way into her father's room as she found him resting on his bed. She cleared her throat causing him to pick up his breathing.
She knew that he couldn't answer her, he couldn't do much since his attack. But she was aware he could hear her. "Today is the day father. Today I will save Our people." She said to him in a promise.
She had done everything to make him proud and she knew that he wasn't the first to be taken control of m the Lycans. He wasn't the last either but today that would end. It would be the last time that she would allow that to happen.
She sat with him for the longest time before she made her way outside of the room. The ceremony wasn't until the evening time, as they we're still getting the venue ready. Once the ceremony was over, they would head back to her people and send enforcement.
I Christopher's pack there was safety for her and her father. Christopher had gotten her father the treatment that he needed and she had come in a week before to start the preparation. Her father's beta was currently looking over their pack.
As she entered the kitchen, she spotted Rita in the corner and she squealed as she watched as a bright smile appeared on her face. "And there she is. The future Luna of the most powerful werewolf pack there ever was. She is the one to be feared." She chanted and she watched as the others cheered.
"Yeah well whatever for now it is just Nina and I would like to have some breakfast." She said to her in a mumbling tone. She watched as she rolled her eyes at her in response before, she passed her a stack of pancakes.
Once she was done, they made their way up to her room and spent the day watching movies. She could tell that Rita was distracted on her phone but she didn't question it. As the night fell, they got her ready in a white lace dress and adjusted her crown.
"You are perfect. But now we have to get dressed. We will meet you there." She said to her and Nina nodded her head.
She grinned before she made her way out of the room. She headed towards the pack grounds where a fire roared in the distance and she could hear people's chatter.
She made her way to the front of the crowd and was surprised when Christopher wasn't there. After a minute the drums were pounded as the crowd froze turning around. Her body tensed as she found Christopher walking with his and in Rita's. She felt her vision blur as her eyes watered.
"What is the meaning of this Christopher ''. She said to him as he approached her and he only smirked at her with a wink as he stood before the bonfire.
"Good evening. Today I wish to mate with the most beautiful woman in this pack. Rita Ring. She has been with me through it all and together we will bring down our enemies. And we will be starting with the Crescent pack and their Luna". He called out as he stared at her dead in the face.
Nina was overcome by a sharp burning pain at his rejection. "How could you. She cried out. He laughed as she watched as he raised his claws and came to stand before lifting her into the air. "You were a fool to think I would help you. Your pack is an infection that is drawing the Lycans to us and with a stop to your people we will be rid of the Lycans as well. I just had to lure you here and lower your guard but now that I have you here, we can finish this". He said to her.
"Don't do this". She begged him. He only cichlid. "I will kill you and with that I will send my men to tear down your pack piece by piece". He said to her in a silent promise. The last thing she felt was a sharp pain in her heart as he pulled out her heart and her world went blank.
For as long as Emily can remember, she has wanted to overcome her shyness and explore her sexuality. Still, everything changes when she receives an invitation to visit one of the town's most prestigious BDSM clubs, DESIRE'S DEN. On the day she chose to peruse the club, she noticed three men, all dressed in suits, standing on the upper level, near the railing. Despite her limited vision, she persisted in fixating on them. Their towering statues belied the toned bodies concealed by their sharply tailored suits-or so she could tell. The hair of two of them was short and dark, and the third had light brown-possibly blond-hair that reached the shoulders. The dark, crimson background incised their figures, exuding an air of mystery and strength. They stood in stark contrast to the unfiltered, primal energy that pulsed through the club. Shocked by the desires these men aroused in her, she was disappointed to learn that they were masters seeking a slave to divide and conquer. She couldn't afford the fee, and she also realized that they were outside her league. Emily hurriedly left the club, feeling disappointed and depressed, unaware that she had also caught the group's attention. A world of wicked pleasure, three handsome men. Over the years, they have lived a life of decadence, their lavish lair serving as a stage for their most sinister desires. But despite the unending parade of willing subjects, one woman sticks out. A mysterious stranger with white porcelain skin and a killer body, a slave, a name with no address, the first lady to attract their eye and they will go to any length to obtain her no matter the consequences.
