I stood staring at an almost blurry feminine figure, eyes glowing from a distance. Elsa, the goddess of literally everything. My mistake was challenging her to a duel not knowing it was going to be a one-sided fight. I used the back of my palm to rub off the blood on my chin still maintaining eye contact. One wrong decision and it'll be over in a nano second. One more detail, we were fighting in her domain, a barren land of cold. I couldn't think because she's telepathic, she'd easily know my next move, making a strategy would be futile.
I clenched my fist hard and I felt the electricity surging through them. I stood my ground and In a flash, she was already In front of me, fist in my guts. I was sent yards away from her and just as I thought I could get a hold of my self, I felt her palm on my shoulder blades and the rest was all imaginations.
She ran me across universes In few seconds. By the time we were back on earth, all I could see we're physical replays of where she'd taken me to. It was horrific.

Hours earlier,
The incredible forces tower,
The elevator bell Dinged and I walked out in company of two well known heroes, zoom, the speedster and golden wings, a specialist in flight and hand to hand combat, she wasn't the weakest since she had the power of the sun.
We soon approached the rest of the incredible forces. They where the earth mightiest heroes on my timeline and they had it all, every superhero quality you could ever want.
"Is he the one?" A young guy asked, he looked as though he was their leader. he had a "M" symbol on his chest.
"Yes!" Golden wings said and went to take a seat. I stood there observing the positions of all the heroes.
"What makes you think you're capable to be among the super 7" the guy asked. I shrugged and opened my palm and all the lights in the room went off. I closed my palm and the power was restored.
"That's the lamest superpower I've seen" he said and ushered me to sit which I did.
"I didn't say that to hurt your ego but you know within you that what you have is not enough to put you out there to fight crime." He said and crossed his palm.
"I'm really pleased that you've chosen to do the right thing with your gifts but if it's the super 7, then I don't think you have enough to be amongst them." He was rather indeed straightforward.
"Let me prove myself then." I said confidently.
He didn't look too pleased with my idea but my sole dream was to be a great superhero and to do that meant I must be amongst the super 7.
"Who do you think you can fight amongst us." He held a rather displeased look.
I slowly looked around, obviously everyone looked or seemed stronger one way or the other but then I saw the one, a lady. She looked rather innocent and pretty, it could be a best time to seize the opportunity of asking her on a date.
"That one." I pointed and his eyes widened.
"Are you sure?" He said and stood up. I stared at her again, she was taking a bite out of a sandwich. She had a careful look and calm personality.
"If I beat her in a duel, you have to keep your word." I said and he looked down in despair before ushering me out of the room.
I took the opportunity to do a little sightseeing around the tower. I went to the final floor, the view from there was astounding.
Ever since I lost my mom during the siege with space troopers and got exposed to radiation, I've wanted nothing but revenge and the best way to attain that is to come out as the top dog. I began to hear climbing footsteps and I tuned back sharply to see the girl I had challenged to a duel. She walked and stood beside me.
"The view here us the best isn't it?" She said not looking at me.
"Y- yes." I said.
"Don't fight me." She said with utter calmness in her tone. I gave a very obvious smile and she turned to look at me.
"What other way can I prove I'm worthy."
She was mute for awhile before leaving me.
*****
I should never had agreed to fighting such menace. She pulled me by my feet and swung me ,appearing before I even reach mid air and grabbed my face plunging me into the cold heap of snow. She was unscathed. She made an ice sculpture and sat on it waiting for me to get up on my feet. I forfeit! If only she could just stop attacking.
I tried getting on my feet but my knees gave away and I fell down on them facing Elsa.
"You're looking haggard!" She said maintaining calmness. Heaven knows how far we are from the incredible forces tower. I let out sighs of exhaustion.
"You're not the best I've faced so far but you're the most confident." She said and walked about two metres from me. She turned back at me and in a blink, we were back at the tower. She dropped me hard on the floor and walked away.
---
I slowly opened my eyes, I could see faint movement of people around me. The bed was a little bit comfy, I arose almost immediately, everywhere just looked foreign.
The door yanked open and Elsa walked in. She sat on the bedside.
"You said you want to become a super 7" she said and I soon realized my defeat. I bent my head down in despair and I felt her soft palm on my legs.
"You'll do just fine." She said.
"That means I passed?" I asked. I could already feel hope once again. She shook her head in negation.
"No, you didn't beat me." She said with a warm smile. Of course, she's Elsa the undefeated goddess in the whole cosmos. There's no possible way I'd ever come close to putting her at her peak.
"You're very confident and you have a thing for holding grudges. Sooner or later you might find a way to par with me on a duel." She gave a light chuckle.
"You have potentials, it's would be a waste if you didn't use them. First thing tomorrow, you'll be taken to heroes academy" she said and stood up to leave.
"Wait__"
"Would you be there to train me to live up fully to my potential." I said.
"No__. Just get stronger." She said and walked out of the room.
I stood with my gaze fixated on my sword. all I could see were my own reflection, my face was a mess. "chètuì!!!!" feng xin, my noble bodyguard screamed. apparently he was trying to buy time for my escape. who were these men on my wedding day? I pulled my sword back into its sheath and removed the giant red robe and scurried into the mountains running without looking back. for sure I was lost, but that wasn't all, if my father were to know, he'd think I bailed out on my marriage for sure. although from a distance j could still hear the chaos of war but for the sake of feng xin's sacrifice, I needed to survive first. I took on leap and my feet got caught in a tied tree and I fell uncontrollably down the steep, my wedding attire was now mixed with fresh mud. soon, I lost consciousness.
