Noah Alvarez is the average, regular 24-year-old guy : A 9-6 job and a slutty, annoying sister. But when he goes on a visit with his sister to her coworker's place it changes everything. Andrei Klein was the prettiest guy Noah had ever laid his eyes on, but it seemed far too risky to be thinking that way for even himself. But when an unexpected promotion for both guys takes them on a business trip to Spain, things left for the imagination soon became real life occurrences. Both good and bad Will these two be able to live through their feelings or will things just be the same as in Vancouver?
Andrei.
"Hmh," I heaved a sigh as I packed up my things and made it a wrap for the day. It had been a very long 8-hours of the day and all I needed at the moment was to go home, have a cold water bath and get lots of sleep.
Luckily, it was Friday and my Saturdays and Sundays were for work-at-home and since no new paperwork had come in, I was free the whole weeked (except for work I had to finish up on but no biggie there).
That was a plus for me.
"You packed already?" Sofia's voice went through the air as she cornered my desk.
"Yup," I slid my briefcase off the desk "and I'm going home".
"Ok," she said and turned to her desk right beside me. I was about to leave-
"By the way," she came in front of me "I'm coming to see the new house this Saturday, which is tomorrow, so. Better get lit."
She threw one of her slutty looks at me before blowing a kiss and making her way back to her desk.
Sofia, I thought, mentally shaking my head before making it to the door.
I strutted into the parking lot, a wide smile plastered on my face, at the thought of being free this weekend.
Trust me, it rarely happened.
And whenever it did happen, I liked to make the most out of it.
Should probably go to Disney or something.
I pressed the unlock button on my car key, pulled the door open, slid into my seat and slammed the door. I put my key in, started the car and had my lips drawn from side to side, all the way home.
Noah.
"Hey, honey," Amanda's voice came through the air, "Aren't you going home yet?"
"Oh, no- not yet. I'm almost, um..." I flipped open the file cover, "I'm almost done."
"Good job, hon. Keep it up." She pecked the tip of her fingers and placed it on my forehead.
I watched her walk down the hall to her desk and grab her bag.
"See ya tomorrow, Boo Chip!" she announced and left. We normally went together but today I REALLY needed to finish my writing ad issuing of emails to departments at my office so I was going to be staying longer. Def won't break a sweat on this one.
Just immediately after I'd finished, Mr. Kopesky walked into the office floor.
"Oh, hello Sir," I greeted as I hung my bag on my right shoulder.
"Hey, um... why haven't you left yet?"
"Uh- I needed to finish up some writing so I don't have remainders."
"Took notes during the meeting, didn't you?" he smiled and walked closer to my desk
" Yes, i did," I forced a smile.
"You're such a asset to this company...."
At that moment I trailed off. This dude was talking batshit I couldn't give the slightest shit about so what I began doing was playing my favorite songs in my head while he rambled on until-
"Why don't you take a day off?"
The music stopped.
It's the FUCKING weekend, bruh what the fuck am I supposed to take a day off from? My weekend?
"Uh-"
"I mean Monday."
My eyes widened. This was the first time he ever gave ANYONE a day off on my floor- and that's cause he never came here!
At least not when everyone was still here.
"Ok, sir, thank you so much," I grinned as he cat-walked back and disappeared behind the wall
I threw my hands up in glee and excitement as I ran out of the floor. On the elevator, I texted my sister.
{Sofie, guess what?} seen 6:42 p.m
{What?} she replied as I emerged from the elevator.
I stopped and typed.
{I just got a day off! And, most importantly, I'm done with all my work} seen 6:43 p.m
{really? OMG, I'm coming to your place tomorrow}
{Okie-dokie} I hit send and hopped out if the building.
Kaelyn devoted three years tending to her husband after a terrible accident. But once he was fully recovered, he cast her aside and brought his first love back from abroad. "You're a creepy bastard." His eyes smolder me and his answering grin is nothing short of beautiful. Deadly. "Yet you hunger for me. Tell me, this appetite of yours, does it always tend toward 'creepy bastards'?" **** Widower and ex-boss to the Mafia, Zefiro Della Rocca, has an unhealthy fixation on the woman nextdoor. It began as a coincidence, growing into mere curiosity, and soon, it was an itch he couldn't ignore, like a quick fix of crack for an addict. He didn't know her name, but he knew every inch of her skin, how it flushed when she climaxed, her favourite novel and that every night she contemplated suicide. He didn't want to care, despising his rapt fascination of the woman. She was in love with her abusive husband. She was married, bound by a contract to the Bratva's hitman. She was off-limits. But when Zefiro wanted something, it was with an intensity that bordered on madness. He obsessed, possessed, owned. There'd be bloodshed if he touched her, but the sight of blood always did fascinate him. * When Susanna flees from her husband, she stumbles right into the arms of her devilishly handsome neighbour with a brooding glare. He couldn't stand her, but she needed him, if she was ever going to escape her husband who now wanted her dead. Better the devil you know than the angel you don't. She should have recalled that before hopping into Zefiro's car and letting him whisk her away to Italy. Maybe then, she wouldn't have started an affair with him. He was the only man who touched her right, and the crazy man took no small pains in ensuring he would be the last.
