DIANA'S POV

"Diana, hurry up, breakfast is ready ".

I heard the voice of my mom as I hurried to put on my make up.

Hi am Diana clerk, am seventeen years, I live with my mom in New York City. Actually we just moved in.

My mom has Been my only companion ever since we lost my dad,

It's been five years now.

My dad died in a car accident when I celebrated my twelve years birthday.

I missed him.

I went down stairs to have my breakfast as mom has already served the food.

"Mom, am here ".

I said as I placed a lovely kiss on her cheeks before sitting down.

"Wow, my favorite."

I murmured.

Boiled eggs with a cup of black coffee, actually black coffee is my favorite, noodles with a tip of cut tomatoes on top.

"Mom, you're the best".

I said as I dig into my food.

I heard mom chuckled as a smile spread across my lips .

Oops, I forgot to tell you, am heading to school, Yeah, school, mom registered me before we moved in.

I heard the school is filled with brat kids, it's for rich people, and am lucky to attend such a school, because is the best schools in NEW York City.

And to top it all, am on scholarship.

Right now at this moment am standing in front of the school gate, it's name is boldly written on it. TEENS Heart ACADEMY.

It's a lovely name though, a lot of students were passing by,

Some with there friends and others with their boyfriend / girlfriend.

Mom told me that boys in this school are extremely handsome, I walk into the school compound, heading to the principal's office for my class location and other stuff needed for class activities.

I knock on the principal office door as i heard her said.

"Come in".

I walk inside her office as I greeted her with a little bow.

"You must be Diana clerk, right?.

She asked as she adjust her eye glass.

"Yes ma".

I replied with a sweet smile.

"Hmm, Okay sit down."

She instructed as I sat down watching her every moves.

"You are part of the student that received scholarship,

She cleared her throat as she carefully search for something under her locker.

Later on, she found what she was looking for as she drop the files on the desk which has my name written on it Diana clerk.

"I have check your files and am really impressed by your hard work ".

She compliment as she smiles at me.

*Am I on job interview or what*

"Thanks ma".

I bowed again .

"Oh come on, stop bowing, by the way my name is MS EVANA THEO."

She said as she hand over my class location map.

"And, miss Diana, remember, if you have any problem, I will be here for you ".

Ms evana said as I smile before walking out of her office.

I have been following the maps instructions for the past ten minutes and am still searching for my class.

Suddenly I bumped into a hard chest as I fell on the cold hard floor making me to wince in pain as my ass hurt.

It's really hurts, I look up to see whom I bumped into, only to see six boys staring at me, the one that surprises me was the one that hits me down

He was glaring at me with so much anger, I have seen a lot of angry eyes, but this guy is cold and harsh.

Suddenly I started day dreaming as I glance at his handsome face, his lips so tin, and pink, his eyes so galley, let's just call it cat eyes, his Jew was in a perfect shape and his...

"Girl, get out of my way...".

I heard an angry voice which snap me out of day dreaming as I look at the angry monster in front of me.

I hurry to stood up as I picked my map, and rushed out of there sight.

"Seriously, what was that ".

I murmured to myself as I continue to glance at the stupid map with me.

"Are you lost?..".

I heard a female voice behind me.

"Hi, my name is sia ".

The girl introduced.

"Hi, am Diana ".

I replied, slowly taking her every contact in, she looks almost like the guy I met two minutes ago.

"Are you lost?.. ".

She asked again, my attention back to reality.

"Yeah, I think so...".

I replied.

"It's normal, so which department are you heading to?."

Sia asked looking straight into my eyes as I found it comfortable.

"Am going to the art department ".

I replied .

•oh, that's were am heading to, come on then".

She held my hands and drags me with her,

What surprises me was that she was heading the same place I was coming from, which means I passed the dept a long time ago.

I and sia were sitting at the back sits , while the professor enters the class to start his lecture,

Suddenly six boys enter the class room making almost or should I say all the girls to the whispering to each other's.

"Oh my heavens, they're so hot".

A girl who was sitting in front of me said,

well all the girls are saying the same thing.

*hot*.

My attention was drawn to the same guy I bumped into on the hallway,

I haven't fully describe him yet, but that will be after class, because right now, is time to focus on the lecture.

"Silence class ".

The professor commanded making the whole class to fall in total silence.

The six boys went to their various sits which was beside me,

Another surprising part was that the angry monster was sitting almost close to me just two feet away though.

I glance at his bold face, yet again fell into my day dreaming, what is wrong with me.

"The girl wearing white dress, please stand and explain to us , what I just explain to the class ".

The professor voice snap me out of day dreaming as The whole class eyes were on me.

Oh God, what was her explanation, wasn't even paying attention to her.

"Is she new".

I heard a girl asked her friend .

"Yes, I think so".

Her friend replied .

"I think she's on scholarship".

Murmuring keeps going as I felt shiver run down my spine.

Why are they sounding like, I can't be on scholarship.

"I remember asking one person a question not the whole class ".

Everywhere went silence again as the professor complained .

"So miss, what is your name ".

The professor asked.

"My name is Diana ".

I answered with a smile, even when am freaking out .

"So Diana, can you explain to us what you understand by the word {youth empowerment}".

She said making me swallow nothing but fear .

"Ma, I wasn't..., actually listening to your teaches ".
