Bam was sold to a stranger after her true parents abandoned her. She had a lovely life and received everything she needed. Her new parents are one of the Werewolf Society's six leaders and intend to adopt a human. Bam's new mother, who also serves as the school's principal, cautions her to use caution as she will not be able to shield her from outside threats.
My dad and mum, along with my sister, are returning from work, so I need to get the house cleaned quickly. My sister and I don't get along, so I'm always left behind, and sometimes I wonder whether I'm really their daughter because they've always left me at home alone till I've learnt to make my own food and clean for joy.
When I was a child, I can still clearly recall how delighted I was when parents returned after going away. I vividly recall waiting till they got home before eating, at which point I would cry and wonder if my sister had a good meal.
The truth is that I'm envious even though I don't fully understand why my sister and I don't get along. She receives attention not only from my parents and our relatives, but also from everyone else in our neighborhood, and I'm envious of that.
Have you ever felt that you were compared to her as a young child? She was everything-beautiful, intelligent, morally upright, and everything else.
However, the truth is that up until now, people have always compared me to her because she is the only one who receives attention while I do not. It's not like I'm a world citizen.
I heard the house door open and quickly stopped cleaning. I was shocked to see another woman standing in front of me as I approached to the door to greet my parents, my sister, and them. She said, "Hi, you're Berries Andres Mary, right?" She smiled as she spoke my name.
How did they get inside our home? I was astonished to ask her when a man walked up to me, "What? What are you doing here? And why do you know my name?"
That person.
When I took a step back, he was just about to approach. I asked in shock and a little worry, "I don't know what's going on. Why are you here? Who are you?"
When he explained, the woman rushed over to me and took my hand. The man quickly scratched the back of his neck and laughed quietly, adding, "I think we scared you; we're sorry; we're just happy to see you."
She said seriously with a reason to make me smile, "Bam, right? Your parents said that's your nickname, and you're the one who came up with it. Bam, I'm going straight to you; your parents sold you to us; they said it's more important to get an education for your sister so they need money; we promised that when we talk to you, we will pay them one million,"
I don't know why I want to smile despite how hurt I am. I responded, chuckling and scratching my head, "Is that so? It's good, and because of me, my sister can study. I know that they don't consider me their daughter, but why does it hurt me to know that they sold me?"
I smiled at her and said, "I did everything, but she is still more important, but it's okay, it's not surprising that they do that. I just want to laugh with them at dinner, but when I go home, they are fed up. When we had the opportunity, I couldn't hold back my tears.
"Shhh, I know you're hurting; they're your parents; I don't understand why you're being treated like that, but remember, you're the luckiest girl to have been sold by your true love parents; even if they didn't act as parents to you, we are ready to accept you as our daughter." I feel happy. The woman gave me a reason to look at her, and the man came over. "Of course I'm too; sometimes blood is thicker than
Will my parents consider me one of them if I go?
Will my parents be concerned about me when I arrive?
Will my parents consider me significant to them if I go?
Will my parents miss me if I go with them?
Of course not, since I would have known the solution if the answer had been yes when I was younger.
Yes, but I already know the response: it's false; it'll never happen.
Two Years Later...
"What do you need from me?" I asked when I struggled with the man with red hair.
We are behind the school now because they said they found out about my secret.
well as if I care, right? Just kidding, of course I care because I still don't want to die.
I don't know what I did, and they treat me like this.
"Don't be loud; maybe later our classmates will say," the black-haired man said to me sharply, and I immediately rolled my eyes at him.
As far as I care, I don't care if they hear me; that's even better, folks!
"What do I care? What do I care about what they say? Let me go!" I said I was annoyed, and the man with light blue hair immediately interjected.
"If you don't stop, I'll kiss you," he said with a smile.
What do I need? Of course it's just a joke, and of course I have something to say because it was my first kiss.
"Can you four stop doing this to me? I promised my mom and dad that I wouldn't I didn't finish what I was going to say because the lips of the girl with light blue hair immediately touched my lips.
son of the buffalo! It was my first kiss. Why is the world so mean to me?
"There! You shut up too," said the light blue-haired woman, who grinned.
Probably! Who wouldn't be silent if you suddenly kissed someone you just met?
"Dude, what you did was wrong; you can find another way to keep that woman quiet," the man with yellow hair said.
He's right; you're really wrong, light blue guy. Why would you kiss a girl because you just want to silence her? What a fool you are.
"The important thing is that she is silent," and the important thing is that you are not important, punk.
Right now, I don't like that light blue guy anymore. It's not that I should like them, but I really don't like them more than the light blue guy.
"Oh, that's right, we better talk to this girl of ours," the black-haired girl said seriously.
No matter where I look, I really don't like them. I'm just a pretend werewolf, but why are some people spending time with me?
"What do you need?" I asked softly.
I want it to be over because I still have to go see Daddy because I'm sure he'll say he misses me.
So many things changed when they became my parents; they accepted me completely and made me feel like their child, even though I'm not a werewolf.
I immediately felt the hands of the red hair, which was no longer in my arms,
"We know you're not a werewolf, so if you don't want us to spread it, you have to follow us. I'm sorry, we really just need someone who will listen to us, the one who has no complaints and is not pale," the red-haired man said, laughing and scratching his head.
huh? It's a very shallow reason to kiss me to shut up because you want to say shallow reasons, as shallow as water on the soles of your feet.
But he apologized, so I'm ready to listen.
I let the air out of my mouth. "What if I really am a werewolf?" I said it seriously, causing him to raise an eyebrow.
"You should have transformed as a werewolf a while ago, but if you say it's because you're the principal's daughter and you're being careful, transform now to clear your name. Remember, if you don't prove it, we'll spread the word, and we'll know if after a few days you're still alive," said the black-haired man with a serious smile.
I don't want what's happening now to reach Mommy, so go ahead.
I took a deep breath. "Okay," I answered briefly, which surprised the four of them.
"What do you mean, okay? Will you transform?" the red hair asked.
I immediately shook my head and said, "I will do what you order; just don't tell others what you know." I said it seriously, and the four of them smiled.
Why do I feel like I'm being bullied now?
"It's easy; pick up Yance at the airport, eat with him, accompany him all day, and make sure no one or mosquito lands on him," he said seriously as I turned to him.
"After that, will I be free? Or will you still order me?" I asked them, which caused the black-haired man's eyes to roll.
Why do I feel like he's hot-headed towards me?
"Wait, is Yance a girl?" I added, I don't know, but I was shocked when they shouted at the same time.
"No!" they said.
"And one more thing, aren't you listening to Cloud? We don't need a slave, so you'll probably be free when it's over; we won't talk to you anymore," said the black-haired man with a glare.
You see, he is really angry with me.
I just put my hand on my head, and I saw that the one with black hair started to walk, and the one with red, light blue, and yellow hair followed him.
By the way, my name is Berries Andres Mary Ulrika, and I'm 18 years old. My original parents sold me to my adoptive parents two years ago, but I am okay and thriving because I now feel better knowing that I am not alone and that I am always important.
